PUPPY PURCHASING POLICY
Here at Niangua River Valley Bulldogs we strive to place each one of our puppies in quality loving family homes. We try to screen prospective owners to determine if a Bulldog is truly the right breed for each person or family. Please understand that we take very seriously the responsibility of assuring a wonderful quality of life for each and every one of our puppies.
SPAYING AND NEUTERING POLICY
We do not sell puppies for breeding purposes. All of our pet/companion puppies are sold with a limited AKC registration and a spay/neuter contract. Occasionally we will have a puppy that we deem to be of show potential that we are unable to campaign ourselves. At that time we will make every effort to place the puppy in a home that competes in AKC conformation shows. These puppies are sold with a full AKC registration.
This does not mean that we will not sell a show quality puppy as a pet. It means that as a pet it will be sold on a spay/neuter contract. There are many exceptional studs that will improve the breed and closely meet the AKC standard. Most AKC champion dogs are owned by dedicated, reputable breeders who spend countless hours and a great deal of money to achieve an AKC title. These dogs are available to breed to a quality bitch with the right pedigree. The ability to ship chilled and frozen semen makes using a pet quality stud unnecessary and it is detrimental to the future of the breed.
CONTRACT AND PAYMENT POLICY
When an agreement is made to purchase a Niangua River Valley Bulldog we will send via fax, mail, or email a contract which will state the exact amount due. This amount is to be paid before or at the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy/dog.
Additional fees such as shipping, crate or special request will be included in the total price. Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment in full arrangements will be made for pickup, delivery or shipping. Flight scheduling will be affected by weather conditions but every effort will be made to allow for the shortest flight time possible.
